Skuben asked:

What would you say is the lowest temperature that multi vitamins, and dietary supplements can be stored at to keep them fresh, like if you keep them in the refrigerator , so as not to let them over heat at room temperature on a summer day? Is it ok to keep supplements and vitamins in the refrigerator?

  2. No such thing..
do you know the exact amount of any food your body needs???
You may eat a sensible diet and that is all you need>>> JUST like billions of other humans..
You waste your money on nonsense supplements and vitamins,,, you just po them out..
But your Body FAT can absorb many of them to make you even FATTER..
No such problem.. History they sailed across the Atlantic what was fresh produce lasted months..
Get your facts together you only need molecules maybe milligrams of any of those supplements your tomato carrot bread in your burger has millions of them…
