Eventually you will not even want the vanilla because the regular will taste so good to you.
Soy ice cream is really good and has NO cholesterol and actually tears down the bad cholesterol.</description>

		<description>Cows milk is for cows.  I think a lot of obesity and other diseases are caused by people drinking animals milk.  Try soya milk, wheat milk or rice milk.

There is more calcium in curly kale (a green cabbage like vegetable) than there is in cows/animals milk.</description>
