There are certain foods that make you feel tired and others that will give you more energy. You also should have a blood test to be sure you are not anemic. This is not uncommon when you are pregnant. If you are anemic, you will probably have to take an iron supplement, which will cause constipation so you will have to add more fiber to your diet. Dried prunes and figs are good sources of iron, calcium and fiber. Also, drink plenty of water. Try to eat as healthy as possible and get yourself one or two good reference books. Good Luck! My OB/GYN actually gave me a sample of it but it was really nasty tasting. There was a can of the drink and one of the snack bars and the snack bar tasted like chalk with chocolate on it. GROSS!
