How much flaxseed oil would I have to eat each day to get 300mg DHA?

I get 300mg DHA (plus 20mg EPA and 6mg AA) daily from a nutritional supplement. However, I’d rather not take a supplement and I’m actually quite keen on the ethical and health advantages of a vegan diet. I currently am not vegan but eat very little saturated fats and refined carbohydrates (which I know interfere with n-3 absorption and digestion) and lots of green leafy vegetables every day (which contain plenty of n-3 although not necessarily the long-chain versions). So roughly how much flaxseed oil, or other vegan food source, would I have to eat for my body to synthesise 300mg DHA from the absorbed fatty acids? Scientific references welcomed!
