i almost buy one supplement online last 2005 but when i consulted my bf (x) he send me a bottle instead of buying it online..same product coz he was familiar with the content but the issue was of keeping my credit card safe. lol

I would either stick with brands I was familiar with or products that received good reviews that were not company sponsored. I buy supplements online, usually I try to find products that I recognize from from a local store, but cheaper.

If you do make 100% sure the site is safe. Been there done that. Used an online site and found out too late that it wasn’t hacker safe. $3000.00 too late and a million times smarter.
